Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all RISK designer tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
